littleredjenn: What s Not to Like

Just like the ones at my gym, except in fabulous hot pink I decided I need to do more ab work at home, so I use this as I watch TV to do situps. Really does help keep correct form. My only hmmmm observation is that the included instructions said to position the mat backwards of how my trainers have always told me--trainers say with the writing towards your head, instructions show pictures with writing facing towards feet. I find the way my trainers have always told me to be more comfortable to my lumbar curve so I keep doing that.
