Boris Chang: Great ankle weights

I bought these for my 94-year-old dad who had just been discharged from the hospital after having a mild heart attack. He was wobbly on a walker and was asking about wheelchairs. The home physical therapist told him he needed to build strength and balance. She brought her own ankle weights but said that these were much better adjustable from a half pound up to five pounds each in half-pound increments, and much easier to fasten on and take off. I gave her the link to these in Amazon and she thanked me. For the price she thought these were fantastic and that she planned to get a few pairs for her PT patients. My dad uses these a lot along with other exercises and has more strength and balance than before the heart attack. He now stands and walks pretty well for a 94-year-old WWII veteran. I highly recommend these.
