Great starter setGreat quality set. I can t squeeze pass 250lb and I doubt many others can either. The 100lb seems a little loose as in it s not quite 100lbs of resistance , but the other weights seem about right. I don t recommend doing these everyday for the sake of the muscles and tendons in your hands. But this is a great affordable set, comparable to Captains of Crush.
