Customer reviewsI m glad I did the research, this is the one to get
I looked a quite a few other power towers on here, many of which have poor reviews. This one arrived with all the necessary parts and a reasonably good set of instructions - not perfect, but I ve seen worse. It is beefier than I expected - the bottom frame is square box tubing, while the vertical supports are round, but both are 3 across. The padding on the arms and back seem plenty adequate - the logo is even embroidered, not just a patch or sticker. As mentioned in a couple other reviews, there are two places where the nuts are placed way too close to the vertical support, so it is hard to get the nut onto the bolt properly - but it can be done I could have used a dremel or angle grinder to make it easier, but didn t need to . I m well north of 200lbs and this doesn t appear to flex at all when doing pull-ups or leg raises. My only wish is that the pull-up bar had more of a mid-range position - the outer grips seem too far away and awkward, even though I am over 6 tall. I guess I wish the push-up grips also had adjustable positions, but I am aware that would likely raise the cost. Overall I am very happy with the purchase, and am using it far more than I expected I would. And no, I was not compensated in any way for this review - I paid full price.
