David Bennett: Simple and Straightforward

It s as simple as it can be. It s a plain chrome standard sized weight bar. I got this to replace the old 5 bar that came with my standard weight set way back when. It fits my Olympic sized bench press and half rack perfectly. The grooves where you place your hands aren t very aggressive, which is something I like. I don t feel like my hands are being torn to bits when I knock out reps with it. Weight comes in at just over 19 lbs, which is also right where I like it.
