InformedCustomer: Sharper Angles to Reduce Wrist Strain

Grip position on a curl bar makes a big difference in which muscles are targeted. This Super EZ Curl Bar has an inside grip with sharp 45 degree angles to work your outer long biceps with minimal wrist strain. The collars included have rubber washers that hold the plates firmly even if they slipped a little and I had to retighten them, that s not a big deal . And this is a one-piece bar which is more durable than two-piece bars that connect in the middle. This super curl bar will replace my old standard curl bar.
