Not as easy as it looksI exercise regularly and thought I was fairly in shape, well not enough to do this all the way down. I can go only about 1 2 way right now. It really works your upper abs. I can feel it so I know it s working out those muscles so this is a good tool to have and get yourself into better shape. Maybe one day I might have visible abs Nah I like food too much, but maybe this will help keep the fat down. I plan to keep using it.
