I love this core workout of this stationary bike the mostI bought the IPO 3-in-1 stationary bike in order to get some exercise at home when I wasn t able to get to the gym. The stationary bike has a couple of modes the typical bicycle mode and a mode where you can sit on a bench chair and work your legs and cardio. But I think the best part of this machine is the core workout where you work the abs, legs, and arms. This his machine is great for that.
