Mia kabbalah Henderson: Great quality built and easy to use trainer but the shipping experience....

The IC4 stationary trainer is a good solid trainer that seems to be built for the long term use and is amazingly quiet and sturdy. Our only problem with the purchase was the sellers use of a subpar shipping company. It took a considerable amount of time to receive the bike in relation to how much we paid for the trainer. My advise to the seller is to consider a more reliable and faster shipping company than they used with us. Was somewhat of a negative experience with the longer than normal wait for this great product.
