Heavy DutyAfter shopping around for a shrug deadlift bar I settled on this one from New York Barbell. It is the heaviest bar I could find with a listed weight of 80Lbs. Over all it a great quality bar with good knurls on the handle portions that are comfortable and still have a non slip grip. The bar is well balanced and has ample room in the center. Ordered it through Amazon instead of directly from NY Barbell and saved a little under 20.00 on shipping. Product arrived very quickly 4-5 business days. If you order one your SHINS, back and legs will thank you. And be aware that they do not skimp on bubble wrap so be ready. For deadlifts and shrugs you can t beat it. Highly recommended
