E. Sander: Love these Great way to add a little incremental weight to each step, very comfortable.

Using these to burn a few extra calories outside my official workouts. My friend said I shouldn t use ankle weights since someone might think it s an ankle bracelet for home arrest - I m hoping the Nike swoosh on these will help clarify.
