This 1 4 Pinch Plate has added an interesting new twist to my grip training. Most of my training has been focused on using thicker bulkier implements to challenge my grip strength and I have never used anything thin to test my grip. I have been experimenting with this pinch plate by attaching it to loading pins, kettlebells, chains and even resistance bands, in an effort to add variety to my training. From the way my hands feel after using this thing, I know that my overall grip strength will benefit from using it. I am glad that I made the purchase...thanks for a solid product.
