Good valueThis platform was one of the less expensive that I came across in my research before buying. Probably because it s basic, which makes it all the better, in my opinion. Gave it 4 stars instead of 5 though because the running time maxes out at 15 minutes. If you want to go longer, you have to add time when the minutes get low. I d rather be able to set it for 30 minutes from the start. Lots of pre-programed options to choose from and the remote makes adding time or changing tempo, convenient. I do enjoy using it but don t use it consist enough to know if it s beneficial. However, it does seems to relax me after a session.
