Pretty good for home useThis seems to be good enough for home use. I use it with the Pelaton app which provides a good workout. I just have to guess though on RPMs and resistance number. Getting it out of the box was definitely more difficult than putting it together. Most of the bike is already put together and you just need to add the feet, handle bars, seat, and pedals which is pretty easy to do. The bike comes with some tools which are mostly helpful but didn t quit fit in some areas such as handle bars and pedals so I had to go into my own tools for these areas. A problem that I ve noticed is the pedals keep falling off which is pretty terrifying when you re pedaling like crazy and dangerous when you standing while pedaling. The seat is super uncomfortable. I struggled to make it to 6 minutes on my first ride and then gave up and immediately ordered a new seat. I also wish the seat could go back further. I don t think I m setup quick ergonomically. At 5 7 this could definitely be an issue for others. Overall, I d say the bike is pretty good for the casual user but not great for a true spin bike.
