This is a very nice bar that has good spin on the sleevesThis is a very nice bar that has good spin on the sleeves. It has 32mm diameter bar that I got accustomed during the first usage. I typically use 28mm diameter bar. The knurled grips feel great on this bar. There is no center knurling but it really works good with a squat pad. This bar is truly a good value. I like it for shoulder press, bench, and squats.
