Excellent workout for forearms, hands and fingers.I ordered this for my friend who works out on a daily basis. He was looking for a better hand and finger grip exercise than just the single spring grip. He says this one is much stronger and easier to handle and the best grip he s used. He says he s up to using three springs which is 600 pounds and is able to do fifteen of them with each hand. This seems to be well worth the money and is also easy to operate and adjust pressure by adding springs to the desired weight.
