Sturdy and multifunctionalShipment arrived quickly and not damaged. I was a bit hesitant if I would like it because I felt it was more narrow than one I used in the past with patients. I am a physical therapist and use it with patients for balance and proprioception exercises. It has been ideal I actually love the size and have not had any issues with it at all, with a variety of feet size. It is very sturdy and I believe it will last a long time. It has non-slip strips that help stabilize with exs and stretches. I highly recommend this product
