I am heavy into calisthenics and this serves its purpose very well. I m 6 2 I walk around normally at 230 lbs - 235 lbs but down to 217 lbs this has come in clutch for later night sessions before I got to bed Push up, knee raise, oblique twist and dip . The dip bars can be adjusted for taller individuals without sacrificing stability, I havent added any weight using a belt but I can see the cross bar may be problematic on the eccentric portion. Overall great piece of equipment 5 5
