Customer reviewsGreat bar for the wife
I bought this for my wife for our home gym. She loves it, it allows her to do her workout plan with her specified weights. The 45lb bar that I have is too big for her weight program. The collars on the bar are the same as any regular 45lb olympic bar so she can use the same squat rack that I use. Basically its the exact same as a regular olympic bar except the ends where you place the weights are shorter and and its made of aluminum I believe. The diameter is the same though. The bar itself is really well made and seems to be holding up great. We re at our six month mark with it.
