I love these cards. As a group fitness instructor, these cards help me to keep my class fresh and exciting. It also pushes them. I am not a fan of swinging the dumbbell and there are several options within the pack for swinging the dumbbell. That just spells tendon injuries to me. I modify those cards. Another point to be made is that there is some overlapping exercises cards. For instance there is a pendulum squat basic move , pendulum lunge level II and finally a pendulum scissor jump level III . For me, I can take any exercise and lower the level or increase the intensity. But, these cards are good for anyone to be able to use, regardless of level. These are color coded for your section of body, not your exact muscle you are using and they do tell you if they are for beginners, immediate or advance. The I-nigma app on my phone is needed at times as even I have not done some of these exercises before. So I can scan the card and pull a brief demonstration of the exercise.
