The overall quality of this bench is very good, but it has one small flaw that could send you to the ER or kill you. The L shape of the frame is held up by a flimsy little metal rod that easily slides out when you move the bench. This thing can pop out in the middle of a workout and send you flying face first into the ground or break your back. It s only a matter of time before someone hurts themselves and sues this company.
