This hoop is so light It s perfect for practicing tricks and dancing with. The company was amazing and made sure I was satisfied from start to finish. Make sure you don t connect the hoop right away per their suggestion. I guess it can warp the hoop and it needs to unfold naturally for 24-48hrs, so factor that into your time if you re ordering for a specific occasion.
