Great piece of equipment for everyone.The item is rather heavy. Works well with doing incline presses, barbell rows, skull crushers for warmups or to add weights. I would purchase ring clips vs the clips that you dial as safety clamps. The safety clamps are harder to get off than the old school metal ring clips clamps. Plus, doesn t feel as bulky while lifting. Having been a natural competitive bodybuilder back in the 90 s and just enjoy rebuilding my home gym, one day build a nice home gym that s air conditioned in the backyard with a c and heating, this is an excellent piece of equipment to use for many exercises. It s well-built, easy to use, and even if you re a novice weightlifter bodybuilder whatever, it s great to have to use at home if you re unable to hit the gym due to weather conditions. Be careful and be safe while training. Everyone have a great holidays this year.
