Customer reviewsNot bad however, EXTREMELY POOR ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS..
I just purchased this bench and after laying everything out to ensure all parts were present I was very angry when I noticed metallic dust and lots of it coming out of the metal pieces. It was like extremely tiny metal bearings and they went EVERYWHERE. The rubber feet need to be wiped off with soap and water or you ll have black stains on your carpet or flooring The installation instructions are HORRIBLY written I contacted the company with my complaints. They were very responsive and eager to fix whatever they could. The aforementioned items however, cannot be fixed while the equipment is laying in the middle of my house with exception of the instructions ... these are manufacturing quality control issues A modified sheet of instructions were emailed to me. They were very slightly improved. The issue was that the parts list indicated I needed eight more bolts that what originally came. Before constructing I waited for these bolts to be sent to me. Once I had all of the equipment I realized the parts list was incorrect and that I didn t need the additional eight bolts after all. This however, was not until after some time of study ... and, after moments of stress, wondering whether I assembled it incorrectly.
