just as its decriptionit has a sturdy body, and the steel frame gives nice stability which is essential for working out. it does have new memory foam smell so i am currently airing it out on the hallway of my house but so far i like how it is. ive done some body weight exercise with the bench and so far i have no complaints with it. of course the quality cannot match those who are priced 2-10x more but for what its worth its great quality for the price.
