Good size and weight. Small fray in rope.Definitely buy the 2 diameter rope. It s perfect and what the gyms have. 40 is the perfect length too. The only reason I deducted a star was because of a fray in the rope. I trimmed it off and melted it so it wouldn t spread. It was small enough that I wasn t going to be bothered with sending it back.
